In 2011 my sister was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I started collecting good gluten free recipes at that time to help support her. A year later I found out I had a mild intolerance to gluten as well. So I decided to kick my cooking expertise into top gear. I couldn't eat this way forever if I was stuck eating sub-par food, so this blog is a compilation of recipes that are just as good, if not better than their glutenous counterparts.

My goal is to experiment and post one fabulous recipe each week. I will also recommend the products and appliances I use and love, to help out those just getting started. Delicious food is essential to a complete life, so eat and enjoy life!
